he SGS Automotive Testhouse carries out non-contact absolute measurements. In addition to the procedures accredited according to DIN EN ISO 17025, significantly more precise measurements of smaller and finer structures are possible via the GOM measuring cell using robots in order to determine surface defects and deformations caused by weathering or mechanical loads with minimal measurement uncertainty (from 30 µm) on all components.
The procedure is accredited according to DIN EN ISO 17025. In addition to the automated GOM measuring cell, an air-conditioned measuring room is available for reproducible measurements and low measurement uncertainties. The components are also optimally fixed with the Witte clamping system.
