Microbiological safety is one of the standard quality criteria used in the assessment of food.
All analyses are carried out according to national (DIN, LMBG) and international methods (ISO, CEN, AFNOR, FDA). |
SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS has laboratories which are accredited according to DIN ISO 17025 and also certified according to Section 44 of the German Infection Protection Act, allowing it to handle pathogenic microorganisms.
The laboratory has a sterile area with isolation facilities for the analysis of sterile products.
