Consulting & Quality Management

  

In the household and in industrial applications, all laundry detergents and cleaning and care products are evaluated in regard to product performance, material compatibility, stability and safety. In addition, legislators, consumers and retailers place increasingly higher demands on the quality of the raw materials and auxiliary agents and their products.
SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS provides manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of products for the detergent and cleaning agent industries with advice in all matters relating to assuring product performance and quality.

Our laboratories offer integrated customer-specific solutions for application-engineering, physicochemial, microbiological and biological problems according to standard methods. We will be happy to advise and support you in the planning and improvement of your quality management and assurance measures.


Our range of services:

  • Advice and support in the product development and productoptimisation phases

  • Declaration and labelling tests on the basis of current laws

  • Support in product registration within the scope of Section 9 of the German detergent and cleaning agent law

  • Execution of regular quality tests

  • Preparation and execution of process and product audits by qualified and personally accredited auditors

  • Advice and support in the introduction and improvement of quality management systems

  • HACCP consulting and execution of risk analyses

  • Execution of hygiene training courses to improve plant hygiene standards

  • Tests for awarding the SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS stamp of quality and the environmental label „Blue Eco Angel“ (e.g. RAL-UZ3)
